This HRD online training management and eLearning system enables the manager to conduct a competence assessment and training needs analysis interview with their employees where performance and needs can be assessed in 12 skill areas.

NB: In addition we can incorporate skills and competencies appropriate to your functional role needs, i.e. this is a customisable online training needs analysis system.

During the online training needs analysis assessment the manager and employee will assess the relevant job importance of these skill areas and competences for comparison with the skill level the jobholder has attained. In this way the online training needs analysis process effectively links an individual's competence to their role requirements.

From this base the training needs analysis process identifies a skills gap resulting in the establishment of personal development priorities and a personal development planner.

This is a quality and cost effective online training needs analysis system
designed for both individuals and corporate buyers .

These are three stages to approach TNA:

  • To identify Training Needs use 360 feedback or Knowledge Tests covering 12 skill areas,
  • Meet training expectations by using HRD Online's 12 structured skills development programmes,
  • Using HRD Online's generic & customisable survey portfolio establish a health rating for the organisation, its management and its operating environment
